1. Since 2007, in our bar-restaurant in Montigny, our teams have been delighting your taste buds with the colors of Italy.

2007 – 2019

The founders, originally from “Oliveto” in Italy, share with you the excellence of their products and their regional cuisine through 2 very distinct restaurants.

• Oliveto, a gourmet restaurant with fine cuisine.
• Le Sosta, meaning “pause” in Italian, is a bar-brewery based on the excellent products of the Oliveto, but adapted to faster service and cuisine.

12 years on, some of you at l’Oliveto think you’re eating at Sosta, while others eating at Sosta think you’re at l’Oliveto.

Depending on whether they’re staying at L’Oliveto or Le Sosta, some of our guests may still be tempted to try dishes from our other menu.

That’s how common our DNA is, and how well you understand its foundations.

2019 to present

Aware of these particularities, in 2019 we’ve decided to keep the best of our 2 menus in a revisited and unified atmosphere, a mixed menu, accompanied by novelties, that you’re sure to appreciate.

This unification gave birth to the SO.

The S in Sosta and the O in Oliveto.

2022

The family is growing.

The SO in bois d’arcy opened its doors in July.
